REGISTER EARLY AS SPACES ARE LIMITED!

A minimum of 3 participants is required to run a class so recruit those friends too.

Baby Bees, Little Dragonflies, and Tumble Bear classes all require a parent or guardian to participate in the class with their child.  

There is always a chance that capacity limits  from the Alberta Government may change and we may not be able to accommodate everyone who registered.  If we are informed that we must reduce our capacity, we will fill our classes based on the time of registration and will provide  remaining participants a full refund of  the class fees less service fees as these are non-refundable.  

Withdrawal Policy and Fees

Class withdrawals will be accepted up to 14 days before the start of the session.  After this time, withdrawals will only be accepted for Medical reasons and a doctor's note MUST be provided at time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal fees:

• A $25 admin fee per class will apply
• Processing fees paid at time of registration are non-refundable
• All membership and insurance fees are non-refundable once a class has started

There are NO make-up classes for days an athlete misses.

Membership and Insurance fees are charged annually and are not pro-rated.  The membership is from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

All participants (including parents in preschool classes) must complete a Liability Waiver and a PIPA Release Form.  These forms are completed online for each participant at time of registration.  Also, at this time with Covid-19 measures a Daily Screening form for each child and adult needs to be completed online as well before each class.  The Online Covid Screening is on the Homepage of our website at www.twistandflip.ca  All adults and children older than 3 entering the gym are required to wear a mask.
