REGISTER EARLY AS SPACES ARE LIMITED!

The Fall Session is 13 weeks and runs from Tuesday, September 8 to Monday, December 14.   There are NO classes on Saturday, October 10,  Monday, October 12, and  Wednesday, November 11.

A minimum of 4 participants are required to run a class so recruit those friends too.

Baby Bees, Little Dragonflies, and Tumble Bear classes all require a parent or guardian to participate in the class with their child.  Tumble Bears is a parent-supervised class so a parent just needs to be ready to help if needed.  Parents or adults participating in a class with their child MUST complete an Adult PIPA Release form and an Adult LIABILITY Waiver Form.  These forms can be completed online and are found on the Homepage of our website at www.twistandflip.ca  

Please note, as per Alberta Gymnastic Federation insurance, that younger infant siblings are not able to be carried in a sling or in a backpack by a parent for safety reasons.  

Please complete a PIPA Release form and Liability Waiver for your infant who will be in a car seat or stroller off to the side.  These forms for a minor are also on the HOMEPAGE of our website at www.twistandflip.ca.

Withdrawal Policy and Fees

Class withdrawals will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the session.  A refund less a $30 administrative fee per class can be issued for the class fees only.  Insurance fees, membership fees, and processing fees are never refundable.   After August 8  but before the start of the session, NO refunds will be issued.  A CREDIT on account will be issued.  Processing fees, insurance fees, and membership fees paid at time of registration are NEVER refunded or credited.

At any time, withdrawals for medical reasons will be accepted but a doctor's note MUST be provided at time of withdrawal.  A medical refund will be issued for any classes remaining less a $30 administrative fee. 

Class transfers will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the session.  An administrative fee of $30 per class per athlete will be charged.  Transfers are at the club's discretion and are subject to availability and/or class size.

Withdrawal/Class Transfer fees:

• A $30 admin fee per class will apply
• Processing fees paid at time of registration are non-refundable
• All membership and insurance fees are non-refundable 

There are NO make-up classes for days an athlete misses for any reason.  

If Twist & Flip Gymnastics is forced to cancel a class, a make-up day or a credit to your account will be offered.

Membership and Insurance fees are charged annually and are not pro-rated.  The membership is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

All participants (including parents in preschool classes) must complete a Liability Waiver and a PIPA Release Form.  These forms are completed online for each youth participant at time of registration in UPLIFTER.   Adults participating in a class with their child must complete the Adult forms before the first day of class online from the Homepage of our website at www.twistandflip.ca.

Gym Attire…

• Girls 6 years and older require a one-piece bodysuit; shorts or leggings can be worn over the body suit if the athlete chooses. Girls 5 years old or younger in our pre-school classes are not required to purchase a body suit but it is recommended.  Boys can wear a singlet with shorts or shorts and a fitted, tucked-in t-shirt.  Please make sure there are no buttons, zippers, ties, or anything that could catch on equipment or injure the gymnast during their lesson.  
• Bare feet are the safest and only accepted footwear. If your child has any medical concerns with his/her feet, ie-planter warts or open sores then athletic tape must be worn.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOTWEAR IS ALLOWED PAST THE FRONT ENTRANCE. Depending on class sizes, participants may be required to carry their footwear to the boot rack in the gym area and leave by the secondary gym exit door.
• Hair must be secured back off the face and neck with elastics, barrettes or clips.  Longer hair requires a braid or a lower pony in the back; high ponytails interfere with skills such as somersaults.
• All jewelry must be removed; stud earrings are acceptable.
• Failure to follow above instructions will result in non-participation.

Please bring a water bottle labelled with your child's name.  NO Shoes for anyone are allowed past the front entrance.  Depending on class sizes, participants may be required to carry their footwear to the boot rack in the gym area and leave by the secondary gym exit door.

All children's shoes and socks will be removed and left on the shelves at the front entrance;  adults can keep their socks on.

We do have bodysuits at the club for purchase.

Summer Camp Policies**

 

REGISTER EARLY AS SPACES ARE LIMITED!  PLEASE ADD YOUR NAME TO THE WAITLIST IF A CAMP IS FULL AS MORE SPACE MAY BECOME AVAILABLE.

We are located at 218 - 3 Street NE in Redcliff

Recreational Summer Camps are for ages 4 and up and participant must be 4 years of age before the start of the camp.  All participants MUST BE FULLY POTTY-TRAINED

A schedule of the week’s activities will be given out on the first day of camp.

Before and After Care is offered at NO EXTRA COST but you must register for it when you register for your camp.  If a child is not picked up in the after-care window by 4:30 pm, a $25 15 min late fee will be charged per occurrence to your credit card on file.

We reserve the right to cancel a camp if the minimum amount of 4 participants is not met.  If Twist & Flip Gymnastics must cancel a camp, you will be provided with a full refund.  Processing fees are never refundable or credited.

-If  21 days notice is not given, NO refunds will be issued.  If withdrawal is received 21 to 8 days before the start of the camp, a CREDIT on account less the $30 admin fee will be issued for 50% OF THE CAMP FEE ONLY .  If 7 days or less notice is given, NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be issued.

Insurance fees, membership fees, and processing fees paid at time of registration are NEVER refunded or credited.

New:  Registration in our "Full Summer Days (All 7 camps) Camp" is NON-REFUNDABLE AND THE ABOVE POLICIES DO NOT APPLY except for Medical withdrawals with a doctor's note.  If Twist & Flip has to cancel a week of camp for any reason, a prorated refund will be given for the camp fee.

If a child can not adhere to staff instruction and safety requirements, they will be removed from the program and a pro-rated refund less a $30 admin fee will be provided for the remainder of the camp.
