Day Camp Policies**

REGISTER EARLY AS SPACES ARE LIMITED!

We are located at 218 - 3 Street NE in Redcliff

A minimum of 4 participants are required to run a camp.

Day Camps are for ages 4 and up and participant must be 4 years of age before the start of the camp.  All participants MUST BE FULLY POTTY-TRAINED

If you require Before and After Care, please remember to register for it when you register for your camp; additional fees will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel a camp if the minimum amount of 4 participants is not met.  If Twist & Flip Gymnastics must cancel a camp, you will be provided with a full refund.  Processing fees are never refundable or credited.

Withdrawal Policy and Fees

There are no refunds or credits if you are unable to attend a camp.  

-At any time, withdrawals for Medical reasons will be accepted but a doctor's note MUST be provided at time of withdrawal.  A medical pro-rated refund will be issued for any days remaining less a $30 administrative fee.   Insurance fees, membership fees, and processing fees paid at time of registration are NEVER refunded or credited. 

If a child can not adhere to staff instruction and safety requirements, they will be removed from the program and a pro-rated refund less a $30 admin fee will be provided for the remainder of the camp. 

There are NO make-up days or credits for days in a camp that a child misses for any reason.  

Once a week of camp starts, NO REFUNDS will be given.

All participants must complete a Liability Waiver and a PIPA  Form.  These forms are completed online for each youth participant at time of registration in UPLIFTER.    Please call the office at 403-487-5867 if you have any questions.

**Membership and Insurance fees are non-refundable**

**Processing fees are added to all purchases at time of checkout and are non-refundable**
